The dental assistants and doctors are so kind and helpful here. Always willing to answer any and all questions I have. If I have a concern about my children's teeth, they promptly address it and I never feel like they try to do more than is necessary procedurally. I love that this dental practice is owned and operated by a group of pediatric dentists. They also bring the kids back by themselves and allow them to be big kids. While that may be scary at first, the kids really do seem to be proud of themselves for accomplishing such a task afterward. It's going back that may be a bit of the hard part. The assistants will put on Bluey on a TV or whatever show or movie a kid likes, while getting their teeth taken care of. That seems to calm them down and allow them to not stress over what is happening in their mouth. (At least for my kids.) My son started here first while we lived in Raleigh, so naturally I brought my daughter here when she was old enough. We have since moved and drive at least 35 minutes just to come back to the downtown location. It's definitely worth it.

The ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE for my big little guy. He has autism and the team there was top tier. They met his sensory needs without a fight. My boy actually smiled while getting his teeth cleaned.

We went in for our kid’s first tooth extraction as we were not able to take it out at home. All of teams were super helpful. I would like to thank Labrika, Maddy, Ashley and Tonya for making us and our kid’s experience a good one. Huge thanks especially to Labrika for explaining everything about the process in detail to my husband! Thank you again!

Excellent experience! They always take great care of my child with kindness and professionalism. The entire staff is friendly, patient, and willing to answer all of our questions. They make every visit comfortable and stress-free. The service is also fast and well organized. We truly appreciate the excellent care we receive and highly recommend this pediatric dental office!

I had a great experience bringing my son to Carolina Pediatric Dentistry for his routine teeth cleaning. The staff was very friendly, professional, and caring. They made my son feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. The dental team was patient and gentle, and they provided excellent care. I really appreciate the welcoming environment and the way they treat children.
